Coordination with Principals and Coordinators of all the schools in the regions to provide necessary academic assistance in regard to courses ,syllabi, examinations seminars, requirements of additional classes , sections, subjects , allotment of periods and fixation of posts of teachers as per the norms of the trust , States and the Examination Boards

• Joined Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar as T.G.T, Social Studies in 1991 at the time of its inception in Delhi , the first school of the group, • was promoted to PGT Economics and the Senior Supervisor, Std VI- XII in 1995,• The Senior Section In charge Stand XI-XII in 2006-January 2013.Along with teaching Economics to Std XI-XII, the administrative duties involved • Co-ordinating and fostering the development of educational programs within the school to best meet the needs and interests of the students, This includes the establishment, supervision, and evaluation of special education programs catering to individual need of the children. • Assisting the teaching staff in the development, implementation and selection of curriculum materials, • monitoring of the classroom teaching by supervision of lessons given by teachers , timely completion of syllabi in all the classes, organisation of examinations, cultural activities, workshops for teachers and students, • Developing and supporting a high degree of student morale through curricular and extracurricular activities and social service programs • Maintaining communications with parents or guardians regarding the total school program, student achievement and behaviour. • Inform parents of the school activities through newsletters, parent/teacher conferences, School website etc.
