• Created and designed a self- awareness workshop for the ILM LEVEL -3 Diploma for managers. Attended workshops conducted by business psychologists for the employees training and motivation during transformation of the council.

- Worked on the Inspire, Challenge and Excel (ICE) project which aims to bridge the gap between the university and business communities and creates opportunities for women in all stages of their lives . - Created, collected and analysed feedback surveys which were sent to all members in order to track results and realign them for improvement. - Interviewed the influential and honoured OBE investor Amanda Cottrell and did content writing for the ICE-p blog.

- Project leader of project Sakhee.- an international social enterprise project in New Delhi, educating women about menstrual hygiene and teaching them how to make sanitary napkins and sell them. -Led a project team of 13 students from university of Kent and networked with business advisers from companies such as Unilever and project partners back in India. - Oversaw production , marketing and finances of the project.

• Learnt to make case reports, observed counselling and psychotherapy sessions and administered psycho-diagnostic assessments. • Got the opportunity to be oriented to organisational psychology, occupational therapy, creative- art based therapy, psycho-analysis and psycho- oncology.

• Aims to build a program for children in the autism spectrum from ages 3 to 16 and is completely driven on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis. • Observed daily functional curriculum, conducted group lessons, social skills classes and helped out in administrative work of the foundation.

• A psychiatric centre and residential treatment program for individuals facing addiction and complex psychiatric problems. • Participated in activity sessions with members including social skills workshops, anger management, assertiveness, self esteem workshops and basic understanding of symptomology of psychiatric disorders.
