I have 20+ years in the HR and recruiting space building highly productive teams and facilitating inclusive cultures, and I've done it from scratch. Most recently, I was SVP of People at Affirm for 5 years, where I led efforts to 10x active headcount to 2,000+ FTE, founded their DEI Council, and transitioned the entire team to a remote first operating model while becoming a global, publicly traded company. During this time, I was recognized as a top talent leader on Floodgate's Anchor List. Prior to Affirm, I was Head of People at Credit Karma and grew them to just over 500 FTE. In 2021, I proudly launched The Fund XX, a pre-seed venture fund founded and led by women for women. I am also a Board member for Dress for Success, serve as an Rippleworks Expert-in-Residence for high impact, scaling social ventures, consult as an executive coach, and am an active formal advisor for multiple startups in the tech ecosystem.
