Managed and led two teams to support an organization with 1000+ staff. These teams provided server and deskside support as well as software development.Managed IT Security for the college, its 4 schools and 21 research centers. This included creation of security policies, procedures as well as incident response. Set direction and managed operations of IT systems for the college which included over 40 servers, 60 websites, web based applications, and remote sites on multiple cloud vendors.Developed a web based electronic forms application used by the organization. This application is used to manage requests and approvals for various forms for HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and executive management. This application is still being used throughout the college 6 years later.Technology Advisory Group Chair for ASU with over 920 members across the enterprise. Defined and mentored the team on Agile/SCRUM, as well as best practices in business and systems analysis.Managed over 40 concurrent projects. These projects included both application and infrastructure projects. In addition responsible for including deskside support and help desk support tickets.Defined strategic technology roadmaps for IT and related services including cloud, desktop, software, and business systems.Subject matter expert to the College’s 21 Research Centers on data issues.
