Commission the Project and coordinate in stabilizing the productionCoordinate to handover and close the project.

SYNEFRA (Suzlon Infrastructures Limited ) set up a SEZ unit at Padubidri near Udupi for the manufacture of Windmill Components. The project was spread over 640 Acres & was a fast track project. The project comprised of setting up two manufacturing facilities for the manufacture of Rotor Blade Unit & Wind Turbine Generator in the first phase. It consisted of Eight buildings covering 1,40,584 Sq. M with the biggest building being 390 meters long & 70 metres wide. The first phase comprised of erection of 70 E.O.T cranes ranging from 5 MT to 130 MT capacities.; Responsible for all Project activities of Mechanical scope. Develop systems and procedures for Project Monitoring. Ensure that the statutory & contractual requirements are met.Organize multidisciplinary Project Team for Process, Piping and Mechanical Tasks.Project Planning, Work Breakdown Structure, and Baseline Plan for all activities. Reporting and controlling project.Indenting & follow up for the materials & Equipments.Erection & alignment of rotary & static equipments.Overall responsibility of Erection of Sheds ( Pre Engineered Buildings),.Main Utility Services (Mechanical) (Compressed air Pipelines, Water lines & Fire Hydrant).Erection & Commissioning of E.O.T cranes (5 MT to 130 MT - 140 nos.)
