Elucidata is a VC-backed cloud platform for bioinformatic data. Its customers comprise scientists and data science professionals at biotech and pharma companies to mash silo'ed data into a data lake and run workflows across these data sets, ultimately resulting in saved time and better candidates for drug discovery. I primarily work with the founder and management team to on go to market, positioning and fundraising topics.

Sold the business to Telstra/Ooyala Q4 '14 two years after joining, with Videoplaza becoming one of Europe's largest adtech exits (all cash transaction, healthy revenue multiple). 110% of plan in 2013. Revenue growth 50%+ CAGR during tenure. Incubated and launched two new, high growth adtech products within org leading to multi-million $ run rate within 12 months. Runner Up for Up Group Digital Masters award in Commercial Management in '14.

Worked on various strategic initiatives pre-IPO including Asia-Pacific launch, strategic business development of small business offering, M&A research/due diligence and turning around under-performing business. Left at time of IPO with revenue growth at 88% CAGR during tenure.

Seconded to UK to open UK/EU offices and build team. Managed sales teams to consistently beat targets including landmark deals with MailOnline, ITV, Channel 4, STV, BBC Worldwide, Gruner & Jahr, Vocento, Sky and Guardian driving Brightcove to leading OVP in EMEA in terms of market share. Rolled out channel and field marketing programs for EMEA resulting in channel driving 20% of bookings. Served as primary EMEA spokesperson.
