Deputed to GE HealthcareInstalled Base (IB) products- Analyze input sources such as updates from Engineering, Regulatory, and Software to create/revise Manuals, and Labels.- Create redlines for the proposed changes along with Change Assessment and discuss with cross functional teams (Change control Board).- Create/Revise the documents per the approved redlines and complete Verification and Validation in line with GEHC QMS process.- Route the updated documents for content review to CCB (Change Control Board) and release them in MyWorkshop (PLM).- Coordinate all translations and vendor relationships in defining scope of work, commercials, schedule, define acceptance criteria, and Qualification.New Product Introduction (NPI)- Partner with Program core team; Lead Systems Designer, Product Manager, Program Manager, and respective Subject Matter Experts in transforming the design specification into design outputs (Labels/Manuals) that are in line with GEHC guidelines applicable for User communications.- Prepare TOC and create DITA map for the manuals using Astoria CMS.- Identify re-useable topics from the existing manuals of the different products.- Collect the inputs from respective stakeholders for each topic.- Create the document in CMS using Oxygen XML editor by following GEHC Style Guide and documentation standard.- Review the documents during design, development, verification, manufacturing design transfer, and commercial release phase of the program- Closure of gating and non-gating actions that come up during informal and formal design reviews and milestone reviews.

- Creation/Revision of Technical Data Guidelines (TDG), Technical Data Specification (TDS), User manual, and Installation guide.- Prepare and commission graphics and illustrations to elaborate on technical documents.- Develops a thorough understanding of the audience and the documentation required by collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Transform the first draft to a finished document by following Style Guides and documentation standards with minimal errors and adhere to quality and organization standards.- Gathering review comments from internal technical team and external review team by communicating through emails or calls and incorporate them.- Provide training to new hires in the team.

- Creating Maintenance manual, Repair manual and Illustrated Parts Catalog.- Creating Illustrations required for the manuals by analyzing 3D models using ENOVIA (Virtual Product Lifecycle Management) and Engineering drawings.- Revise the Manuals/Illustrations per design updates from Client.- Proofreading the documents to ensure zero defect in the deliverables.- Review team results to provide adequate training to attain expected results.
