Post Recruitment:• Preparation of Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Experience letters.• Explaining HR policies for the new recruits, Issuing ID cards and updating their details in the HRMS system.Payroll & Time Office Management:• Checking the attendance and leave record maintenance.• Manual Attendance check.• Compilation of LOP and Late arrival deductions.• Addition of new joinees details, their salary break-ups in the HRMS and deletion of resigned staff from the HRMS• Compilation of Growth recommendations and updation of Performance appraisal/ incentives in the system.• Medi claim Policy• Payroll processing.• Preparation of Salary list, Salary bifurcation and salary slips.Performance Appraisal:• Conducting probation appraisal on time• Preparation of Performance Appraisal forms• Following up and collecting evaluations• Compilation with all details for management perusal.• Updation of increases in the HRMS and filing of Appraisal forms.Statutory Management:• Updation of statutory registers like Muster roll, Wages register, Overtime register, Maternity register, Equal Remuneration register, National & Festival holidays register etc.,• Facing Labour inspections and liaisoning with Labour Officers.Staff Welfare Management:• Meeting the staff in person for any issues and resolving them.• Counseling and motivating staff.• Issuing Salary certificates/ Bonafide certificates as per their needs.• Clarifications on policy and salary related issues.Exit Interview:• Taking Exit interview and issuing staff clearance form to the staff.• Full and Final settlement and forwarding the summary to the Manager.• Preparation of Experience certificates.
