1. Site survey for the installation of the pressure vessels as per Rule 22 of SMPV Rules (U), 2016.2. Site survey for the installation of Gas Cylinder Storage as per Rules 50, 51 & 54 as per Gas Cylinder Rules, 2016.3. Preparation of the installation drawings, System P&ID & Key plan for the site layout in compliance to the PESO norms.4. Preparation of cylinder storage layout with respect to the nature and type of gas to be stored and Key plan approach.5. Coordinating with the PESO officers for the necessary statutory approvals and license activities.6. Conducting the testing activities for the issue of the Safety certificates under below SMPV Rules (U) 2016.a) Rule 18 - Periodical testing of safety relief valves,b) Rule 19 - Periodical testing of the underground, above ground and mounded pressure vessels.c) Rule 33- Safety certificate issued after inspecting the site for the safety compliance which comprises of thei) Safety distances maintained from the installation area to the adjoining buildings, public access and between two installations.ii) Calibration & Inspection of the Equipment installed inside the SMPV Area.iii) Inspection of the vessel & pipeline and testing them pneumatically subjected to the test pressure.d) Conducting of the testing and issue of safety certificates under the below Petroleum Rules, 2002;i) Rule 126 – Testing of the tanks.ii) Rule 130 – Certificate of Safety
