Managed large-scale engineering contracts for the Site C Clean Energy Project, leading cross-functional teams from conceptual design through to delivery. Oversaw technical reviews and compliance, optimized executive decision-making, mitigated risks, and supported contract negotiations to ensure alignment with project objectives. Chaired the technical evaluation for major RFPs, and developed processes to access critical project data. Received the BC Hydro Recognition Certificate for “High Achievements in Progressing Site C Equipment Supply Contracts.”
