As a Human Resources Executive at TÜV SÜD, a leading technical service provider, I manage the hiring and onboarding of new employees, the performance tracking methods, and the HR records for the company's operations in Saudi Arabia. I have successfully recruited and integrated over 100 qualified candidates for various technical and managerial roles in the past year, contributing to the company's growth and reputation in the region.I have also applied my skills in manufacturing process improvement, which I developed during my previous roles as an Organizational Development Specialist at BinDawood Holding and a Human Resources Officer at Creet International Contracting Co. Ltd, to enhance the efficiency and quality of the company's services and projects.
