• Plan the production as per daily dispatch schedule and inform to Clients.
• Handling Structural fabrication and Cold form & Sheeting lines.
• Ensure the smooth running of Project and Review of everyone involvement.
• Follow up of various activities in production, Erection and Dispatch. And arrange the priority wise loads.
• Completely responsible for the assigned project from the start date to finish, to ensure that to meet all project specifications.

• Responsibilities:
• Ensure the availability of resources like raw material, manpower, consumables etc.
• Ensure the smooth running of lines & Troubleshooting.
• Find the scope and Implement improvements, modification in fixtures, Sequence of operations, Automations, equipment utilization & related matters.
• Daily Production Reports, Job status and Section wise load Reports inform to Management.
• Set up new product lines and process engineering.
