CurrentRoles & Responsibilities•Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting of Desktops and Laptop Application.•Windows patch Management, will deploying and managing updates, bug fixes and security Patches to windows systems and application.•Deployed windows 10, 11 & servers patches through SCCM and troubleshoot the updates Issues.•Hands on Experience with Windows Patching with MDM & SCCM.•Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows Patching Issues.•Managing Images backup/Imaging for Multiple OS.•Deploy software with SCCM on the workstation, laptop, and Microsoft Surface.•Monitor and Manage switches, routers, Proxies, Firewalls and servers in network infrastructure.•Perform troubleshooting analysis of all National Water company Filling station at Taif.•Cisco switches configuration in particular VLAN configuration/troubleshooting.•Configuring and troubleshooting of Local & Network Printers, Scanners and Fax Machines etc.•Installation and configuration knowledge of Cisco Switches, Routers, Access points, Wireless LAN Controllers.•Configuring routing protocols such as RIP, RIPv2, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF.•Handle Service Restoration, Service Request and change requests.•IP Routing Static, Dynamic and Default.•Configuring Switches, Implementation of DHCP, FTP&TFTP.•Configuration and administration of NMS such as Solar winds.•Creating and updating Asset details of all the IT equipment’s and maintaining records in HPAM TOOL.•Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting of Desktops and Laptop Application.•Monitoring Trouble Tickets & Service request via ITSM ticketing tool.•Installing & Configuring Wireless Controllers WLC 2504.•Technical support provided to the end user over the telephone.•Installed, configured and supported WIN2008 & 2016 server.•Install and configured DHCP server.•Creation, Modification & Deletion of user accounts in AD.•Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues in Active Directory.
