CurrentSourcing for USA Clients.•Active Search: Resume search of active candidates from job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Milwaukee Job board etc.•Passive Search: Search for candidates on various sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Ladders, Jigsaw and social networking. Using advanced AIRS techniques also identify candidates through search engines.•Add short-listed candidates into client databases such as PCRecruiter,E-Recruiting , Bullhorn etc.•Search and short-list candidates from job boards, search engines using different search techniques such as Boolean strings.•Work closely with Team Leaders and assist junior team members (L1's) .•Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including Bullhorn and PCRecruiter,E-Recruiting.
