Roles & Responsibilities:-I GREEN HVAC SOLUTION  Company Ballari.Project :-1.Govt Dental College  VIMS and Private Buildings Ballari                    2.Adarsha Pharmacon Pvt Limited Kadecher Yadhgiri.·       Government and Private work  in HVAC &Mechanical System ·       Site Inspection, Installation, Commissioning  of  HVAC Equipment’s like  Split,VRF and Ductable Split Ac.·       Site visit to check the Quality and progress of the work if required.·       Company with all safety Procedures and requirements.

·       Execution -  Inspect and approve construction task as per cited standards.·       Monitoring & Control  – Check project status actual vs plan , take corrective actions in case deviation.·       Pre-commissioning - PSSR activities, take corrective action and clear punch point. ·       pre-commissioning activities like motor solo run, lube oil flushing for turbine lube oil lines, over speed trip test etc.·       Commissioning & Startup - Initial start of equipment, monitor, record and cross check the operational parameters with equipment data sheet. Graphical representation of actual vs design operation parameters. ·       Approval of construction / commissioning documents provided by EPC contractors. Maintenance:     ·       Troubleshooting Repair &Overhauling rotating equipment(Centrifugal Pumps, Turbines, Mechanical Seals, Gear Boxes and Compressors).·       Develop procedure as per SHEMS/OIMS & API guidelines & provide technical recommendation to management.·       KPI’s (key performance indicator) Plan and execute plant and utility shutdown task within the stipulated time.·       Air Handling systems – Compressors, Blowers, and Cooling tower Preventive Maintenance.·       Pumps - Centrifugal, Positive, Multistage, Split casing Pumps Preventive Maintenance.·       Versatile with various international codes related rotating equipment’s such as API (610,611,617,618,670,682&686) & Sabic equipment standards.·       Resource and maintenance planning & execution of task in Utility  facility for  Preventive, corrective Shutdown / Turnaround  activates carried out as per approved procedure industry safety standards like Using Work Permit and LOTO.·       Develop / Conduct - On Job Training program for a junior engineers, technicians.·       Proper coordination with operation department for execution PM, Corrective break down activity in plant.
