Qa Engineer
Current- Collaborate with different teams across projects to make sure that quality is embedded in both processes and technologies.> Human Resource Management & Development (HRM & HRD)> Customer Relationship Management (CRM)> Chat Management> Job Board Management- Conduct requirement analysis, infrastructure planning, and test planning with team members (Developers and Product Owner).- Understand the business value and software architecture to create appropriate test strategies and test scenarios.- Design, write, execute, and revise detailed test cases.- Analyze test results and defects during execution with detailed and useful information.- Take ownership and identify and determine causes of quality issues, drive corrective actions, and takepreventive actions accordingly.- Apply automated tools to support web application testing in all phases of the software development lifecycle (apart from manual).- Take on the role of a quality advocate to build a quality mindset and culture for the related team.- Work on Jira software, and work with agile methodology.- Manual test using Behavior-driven development (BDD) on Testmo.- Manual test using test script on Tuskr.- Automation test using Playwright framework.- APIs test with Postman.- SQL server management to investigate the cause of the issues.- Support issues from customers with the customer success team, and analyze the cause of the issues.- Summarize the issues so the development team for fix on each sprint.- Summarize the product update for each sprint.
