I am responsible for all new products solutions being implemented in India region, I am leading a team of specialized skill Technical Managers, who handles these special projects first time being implemented in India region. I am improving their skills for new technologies, train and prepare them for new upcoming technologies and projects. I also guide them during project execution, provide support and help them to complete the projects with learning document; so that during ,mass deployment field teams should not face any problems/issues.
