• Receiving, prioritizing and handling requests for support and responding to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil requests or enable resolution.
• Provide support to senior team members with continuous improvement projects, technology and software roll-outs and process mapping activities.
• Support the team in projects and schedule workloads as far as practical to meet operational requirements.
• Responsible for the acquisition and life cycle management of hardware, telephony, software, consumables, and assets in line with the requirements of the Information Technology unit.
• Ensure that Council’s objective of customer service excellence is reflected in day to day operations by providing responsive, timely and high quality follow-up to enquiries, service requests and complaints from all.
