In a highly strategic leadership role, I spearheaded the final phase of a major transformation project as a key liaison between finance, project, and business teams and established a specialised team of finance professionals to partner with the Property Executive and drive performance through reporting and analytics. As the finance lead on the ERP Transformation project, I enabled a complex migration from 10 systems to one whilst reviewing scope, prioritising design outcomes, and translating these into timeframes and resourcing requirements. In this senior role, I reported to the CFO as a key member of the finance leadership team and was mandated with developing the property finance function, playing an integral role in the finance transformation program, including spearheading the implementation of an ERP.
