About Rich Hauser

Prior to starting my business, I was a CFO, Controller and VP of Administration for companies in many industries ranging from start-ups to $250 million in sales for 25 years. At RAH!CFO, our focus is on creating a strong infrastructure with emphasis on quality and efficiency. I mentor and build successful teams. I have expertise in reporting, audits, cash flow forecasting, budgets, strategic planning and the use of technology to improve organizations.I held the title of Accounting & Administration Manager, Controller, Chief Financial Officer and VP of Administration in the corporate world. The industries I have worked in during my career are as follows: Supermarket, Energy/Oil, Manufacturing, Technology, Office Furniture distribution and Pharmaceutical distribution and start up Technology.Specialties: Process improvement, cost containment, team building and cleanup of accounting systems & records.In 2009 I started RAH ! CFO and quickly morphed into a fractional accounting department model for our clients which includes the bookkeeping component. Our offering includes ALL the day to day functions of a corporate accounting department, including internal controls. In addition, we do "Due Diligence" on both the acquisition and sell side, modeling, finding financing for our clients and interfacing with CPA firms for audit and tax work.
