Responsibilities;• Technical leadership for the test/production operation project, including test approach.• Support for customers and QA Team, automation test-tool introduction, test planning, staff supervision, and progress status reporting.• Verifying the quality of the requirements, including testability, requirement definition, test design, test-script and test-data development, test automation, test-environment configuration; test-script configuration management, and test execution.• Interaction with test-tool vendor to identify best ways to leverage test tool on the project.• Staying current on latest test approaches and tools, and transferring this knowledge to test team.• Conducting test-design and test-procedure walk throughs and inspections.Implementing test-process improvements resulting from lessons learned and benefits surveys.Test Traceability Matrix (tracing the test-procedures to the test requirements).• Test-process implementation.Ensuring that test-product documentation is complete.• Attend local testing meetings, and may travel to group face-to-face testing meetings.

Responsibilities• Quality Control planning & Management Of complete generation system including dyeing & stitching operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and preventive measures.• Working on sustainability projects • Introduce and follow methods and techniques to improve productivity, save cost, reduce rejection, wastage and make way for a better flow of work.• Analysis of team (QC inline/Production) performance for optimal productivity.
