- Engage with Product Manager as regards requirements needed to develop Agile product-Developed a plan for Software development life cycle (SDLC)-Develop and implement agile frameworks, tools, and techniques to support agile project management and delivery.- Facilitate Release Planning for engineering teams- Create coaching resources on "Agile Estimation" for engineering teams- Facilitate the resolution of any issues encountered.-Coordinate end users training before delivery of solutions- Introduced and implemented using Feature Drive Development - FDD software- Guide development team on how to use Jira for effective work collaboration

Responsible for managing all out source software development project giving to Codelab development team.- Team Building : Assigning of talents on project base on their strength and core programming language for the project- Effective communication with the product manager and the scrum master so as to achieve common goal- Budgeting : Preparation of reasonable budget to avoid project bankruptcy and quality compromise.- Risk Analysis : Carrying out proper risk analysis on project so as to know how to mitigate it.- Project Scheduling : Ensure appropriate schedule so as to release product within the stipulated date.
