• Make day-to-day operational decisions to manage and mitigate operational safety and security-related risks on a shift basis at the station level, through effective evaluation and decision-making based on conditions, hazards, and threats• Analyze anticipated operational problems such as overbookings, adverse weather, delays, cancellation of flights, crew flight time limitations, etc., and undertake remedial and proactive action in line with relevant procedures to minimize disruption to… Show more • Make day-to-day operational decisions to manage and mitigate operational safety and security-related risks on a shift basis at the station level, through effective evaluation and decision-making based on conditions, hazards, and threats• Analyze anticipated operational problems such as overbookings, adverse weather, delays, cancellation of flights, crew flight time limitations, etc., and undertake remedial and proactive action in line with relevant procedures to minimize disruption to customers• Ensure all flight editing and special guest requirements are met, including but not limited to assessment, planning, and coordination of VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special category guests• Support, coach, and develop airport services agents and other relevant personnel to ensure that they are fully briefed/debriefed on the operational requirements and they provide the required Customer service levels.• Ensure that the Handling Agent, Caterer, and other service providers are fully briefed regarding airline requirements for the day's operation (including any special handling) and that this information is updated as necessary to ensure a smooth and cost-effective operation and that any inconvenience to our customers is minimized.• Process all baggage claims and control expenditure on damaged baggage replacements and lost baggage claims as per applicable procedures and promptly.• Preparation of Load and Trim for A320 Load Controller• Manage and control manpower on the shift to optimize utilization and maintain staff morale and discipline• Conducts spot-checks to ensure adequate standards are maintained• Compiling a detailed station handling report for the Airport Manager on a shift basis• Manage that all post-flight activity is completed correctly to protect Company revenue and to facilitate the handling of customers and dead load at an-route stations and destinations Show less
