I was able to observe and help with the developing of the scripts and plot lines for the first five episodes, researching the target demographic for the intended time slot, organizing a first casting, scouting potential locations & creating an initial cost analysis. • Using Photoshop and InDesign to create logos, personalized invitations, posters, script & DVD covers• Research: – Fact checking scripts in development.– Film and television copyrights for potential book adaptations.– Possible filming locations.– Festivals, awards & competitions that could be used to introduce and market a new television program. • Organizational/Administrative– Co-organizing the company’s event at the Baden-Baden Film & Television Festival.– Managing the IMdB accounts.– Scheduling meetings for the producers, organizing their festival accreditations & managing the expense accounts. – Managing the film database.– Front desk, phones & mail.
