Job ResponsibilityReview preventive maintenance of fleet –actual vs schedule.Participating in external and internal meetings to provide technical support for ongoing maintenance as and when required.Coordination with Plant & maintenance department regarding daily activity & Coordination meeting fleet.Detecting areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking measures to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools like root cause analysis.Conducting audit of work shop in compliance to company policy.Review & analyze the profit & loss statement of each fleet.Coordinate interdepartmental meeting of production, fleet & work shop.Analyze the mechanical expense report & give suggestion for improvement.Analyze the man power utilization report.Accountable for the installation and commissioning for new and refurbished plant and equipment.Conducting plant and equipment technical audit as per company standards and providing recommendations to workshop.Performing audit of store and purchase for minimum store stock, quality of parts purchased etc. & Coordination between work shop team & purchase team.Preparation monthly reports as per management need & analysis of production & fleet report.Site visit for customer satisfaction survey & suggestion / action plan for the complaints.

Hydraulic Engineer, • Preparation of reports, test carried by technician in the ERP• Preparing R F I document for client inspection on the site.• Coordination between work shop team & purchase team.• Preparing Daily progress report on the site.• Site inspection & preparing the Schedule planning for the work.• Forecasting of daily activity of the teams.• Responsibility for carrying out repairs, service & troubleshoot of hydraulic system & hydraulic supported application job in the work shop as well as customer job location.• Carrying out defect investigation, trouble shout & site survey.• Strip, inspection & test of hydraulic component.• Service & installation of hydraulic system.• Inspection of hydraulic power pack system.• Installation of hydraulic power pack as per the client requirement. • Flushing & pressure testing of pipe line in plant ,rigs & vessels• Trouble shooting of crane, pumps, motor & hydraulic system in plants, vessels etc.

Job Responsibility Maintenance of batch plant(concrete mixing plant) Daily maintenance of aggregate washing machine, mixer & rest of all the batch plant equipment. Maintaining compliance with company standard and procedures as well as statutory standard and customer requirement. Formulating predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability. Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment’s and maintaining requisite documents for the same Weakly maintenance of batch plant. Break down repair of batch plant. Maintenance of mobile cranes. Maintenance of overhead cranes. Maintenance of tower cranes (both electrical & mechanical) Maintenance of ice plant. Maintenance of automobile vehicles (cars, buses, truck head etc.) Maintenance of fork lift & truck mixer. Maintenance of other equipment which is required for precast industries. Practicing all the maintenance as per ISO 9000.
