CurrentEstablish, support, and enforce the vision and mission of the company by overseeing the creative output and integrity of the agency and partnering with internal teams to ensure the delivery of innovative, brand-led, high-caliber creative solutions for clients. Responsible for overall ingenious excellence through effective problem solving, creative strategy, quality of inventive craft, innovation within team, and impact of products. Recruit and staff a management team of 6-8 employees to achieve success with new and existing client relationships through identifying, pitching, and acquiring leads. Create and direct competitive, breakthrough design strategies and plans to transform business. Develop innovative, client-focused cross-discipline team structures. Maintain the understanding of cross-discipline expertise through the mentorship of generalists and specialists. Conduct staff performance evaluations and address overall development/issues.KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:* Develop, facilitate, and deliver creative and well-informed presentations educating internal and external clientele to build the agency’s profile.* Encourage and monitor on-going training and agility of the wider agency staff in important strategic branding practices, including but not limited to Brand Architecture, Design Theme, and Brand Driver.* Collaborate with leadership team, Studio Manager/Director, Design Directors, other executive associates to guarantee the best-in-class quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.*Develop strategic programs and marketing campaigns ($50K- $2M budget) to build communities with target audience to increase brand loyalty and sales.*Supervise high-performing marketing team specializing in new media strategy to deepen customer relations.
