• To ensure all the services provided to customers have been billed and payments are received and recorded effectively therefore adding support to smooth running of financial function
• To follow-up with customers for collection of due amount in an effective manner for timely payment
• Prepare and submit weekly collection report to FM
• Ensure that COD invoices are in-line with deliveries done and all the COD collected by courier/ third parties are deposited in Bank account.
• Prepare the deduction list for both domestic and international COD customer and Submit BPV for respective person for payment processing by next day of customer COD cycle.
• Ensure that all the COD invoices are posted in financial system on cycle by cycle basis.
