Responsibility isn’t something that needs to be assigned—it’s something I naturally embrace. Whether or not it’s in my defined role, I believe in making a positive impact on everything I touch.My passion for creative problem-solving and my inclination toward taking ownership have shaped my path in engineering management, a journey I’ve been thrilled to be on since 2020.As an engineering leader, I thrive on solving complex technological challenges and leveraging innovative solutions to drive team and organizational growth. Over the past few years, I’ve led more than 15 projects, contributing to over $1 million in net revenue. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of directly managing and mentoring over 50 engineers, spanning various technical roles.My engineering foundation is based on technologies like Java, Ruby, and React to name a few. I’m also an advocate for low-code/no-code platforms, recognizing their power to deliver quick, effective solutions in time-sensitive situations.Outside of work, I’m a competitive Scrabble player with nearly a decade of experience, and my proudest moment was representing India at the 2019 World Scrabble Championships.
