Effectively managing the weekly, monthly and yearly targets.Directly responsible for the team of 45 team members and 4 team leaders. Improving and understanding the standards of the mall in line with the SOP. Effectively responsible for the targets and growth of the floor and staff.

Efficiently handling the operations of 19,000 square feet of apparel based store (JAIHIND Kothrud).Managing billing & payment queries, new products & services, complaints etc. Visualizing and making positive efforts to improve sales.Handling the checks for all the cash and credit transactions. Responsible for maintaining high customer service standards. Responsible for conversion of walk-ins.Handling all inventory inward and outward procedures. Responsible for the store targets on conversion.Effectively responsible for motivation of the team in the store. Managing reports, MIS, VM, etc.
