A brief summary of my assignments can be seen below:-Led talks with distributors abroad to pitch products, negotiate prices and finalize agreements to distribute and sell products outside India-Rolled out a new software to synchronize daily tasks, centralize and integrate databases, automate processes and increase productivity-Supervised the Product Management team to orchestrate the successful launch of a new product that involved creating incentive schemes, designing promotional material and conducting training sessions -Implemented and oversaw a process for effective debtor control pan-India that involved managing 9 employees and 800+ vendors-Mobilized a team of 25 sales managers to improve the supply chain management and manage product expiries through better inventory management and accurate sales forecasting-Coordinated with internal auditors to ensure successful implementation of internal audit recommendations to achieve better efficiency

-Part of the Asia Pacific Independence team; efficiently managed the workload by appropriately allocating resources, single-handedly communicating with EY partners and engagement managers to ensure compliance with Independence procedures-Analyst for Securities Research, a process that involved monitoring and researching investment securities to ensure personal independence of EY partners and professional-Played a pivotal role in setting up the Asset Management team; a team that analyzed complex company structures and funds of clients to identify discrepancies and suggest remedial action -Entrusted with the responsibility of a reviewer within six months of joining; trained new hires, allocated resources and reviewed their work and oversaw team deliverables
