■ Energy Efficiency Auditor for the Rebuild Michigan Program to conduct PEUA and ASHREA Level 1 & 2 audits on state, local governments, churches and other non-profit organization facilities. ■ Providing technical assistance and road maps for various energy efficiency and conservation projects state wide by designing, specifying and implementing Energy Conservation Measures for government, institutional and commercial facilities including deep HVAC retrofits.■ Gathering, reviewing and compiling energy and cost saving metrics from over 150 projects funded through EECBG.■ Program development and Grant application for DOE 2012 SEP Competitive Grants. ■ Initiated the development of MEDC Green Team to measure and track energy in MEDC building and to undertake future energy efficiency measures to earn EnergyStar Label.

■Project: Next Generation Manufacturing Survey of Aerospace Manufacturers in Arizona.■Research Topic: Creating a survey and survey tools to measure the preparedness of Arizona’s Aerospace Manufacturers with respect to implementation of next generation manufacturing philosophies. ■Report Available at: http://adrc.asu.edu/sites/default/files/AZMEP-ASU-SRA-Final-Report.pdf■The survey was conducted in collaboration with Arizona MEP and Arizona State University.The survey benchmarked the Aerospace Industry in Arizona with respect to adoption world class practices in the areas of:• Customer Focused Innovation • Human Resource Strategies • Lean Process Implementation • Supply Chain Management • Green / Sustainability • Global Engagement This was a first of its kind survey in Arizona and will help policy makers and researchers in this sector.
