• Create sustainable process and standards focusing on the implementation and governance of installation standards and ongoing quality assurance function;• Analise problems, and develop and implement, corrective, action to include training;• Organization of real time monitoring with charts;• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures;• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions;• Define processes for major actions (upgrades, expansion, deployment and maintenance activities etc.) ensuring smooth operations;• Identify training needs to meet quality standards;• Quality of service and capacity management provided according to company targets;• Preparation of weekly and monthly performance reporting and discuss with related teams;• Maintain historical trend analyses of test results of modifying and enhancing training materials and SOPs;• Investigate customer complaints and known-conformance issues.
