Treasury OverviewWork closely with Treasury Operational Team to:• Review Group Cash management – working capital, timing of collections & payments.• Implement the effective Group Pooling of funds, and manage the application of Group funds.• Liquidity planning – weekly & monthly cash flow forecasting.• Review and manage the forex risk & liquidity risk for the Group.• Reviewing CAPEX and Investment activities for the Group.• Review existing cost of funds and source funding options.• Identify placements for existing excess funds and to put in place robust cash forecasting, monitoring and implementation of optimized returns on group funds.• Contacts with banks, financial institutions and relevant agencies such as Malaysia Debts Ventures Berhad, Maybank Trustees Berhad, Ambank etc.Corporate Finance Overview• Work with CFO and key stakeholders in the evaluation and management of new business, investment opportunities and disposals.• Design and build financial models, projections and simulations for feasibility analysis and investment appraisals.• Liaise with various departments, functions and external stakeholders to research and obtain information necessary to carry out corporate finance activities.• Collaborate with internal and external parties in executing corporate exercises including mergers and acquisitions, fund raising – both debt & equity, valuation and strategy evaluation.• Prepare presentations and/or proposals to internal stakeholders and external parties.• Perform research on industry market trends and competitor analysis for the Group.• Any other special corporate exercises and activities as required by the CFO and CEO.

Accountable for all operational & tactical aspects of project finance & treasury units of UEM Land group of companies.• Responsible for all housing project development, property and facilities maintenance for finance and credit control activities of UEM Sunrise Bhd surround Nusajaya, Publika Solaris Dutamas KL and Cyberjaya including hospitality (restaurant F&B, spa, food court, membership), shopping complex, auxiliary police, apartment management, marina management, building and maintenance management, district cooling plant and harvesting. UEM Sunrise Bhd property under supervision included Disctict Cooling Plant, Nusa Idaman Residential and Condominium project development, The Ledang Urban Retreat Club House Nusajaya, Opera Club House Symphony Hills, Cyberjaya, Puteri Harbour Marina Club House, Medini Mall, Nusajaya, Anjung Food Court, Puteri Harbour Ferry Terminal, Publika Halal Food Court, UEMS plantation land, Impiana Apartment JMB, Imperia JMB, Idaman Residence JMB, Ophiria JMB and Ujana Apartment JMB. All these properties under UEM Sunrise Bhd subsidiaries as follows: UEM Land Bhd, Marina Management Sdn Bhd, Nusajaya Resort Sdn Bhd, Nusajaya Lifestyle Sdn Bhd, SCM Property Services Sdn Bhd, Nusajaya DCS Sdn Bhd and Nusajaya Five O Sdn Bhd. Brief Description of Duties: Office Manager cum Finance / Accounts Manager (Feb 2006 – May 2010) at Level 18, UBN Tower, No. 10, Jalan P. Ramlee, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.
