Conduct quality assurance checks on all finished goods and incoming raw materials.Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirement.Inspection of pump parts (Frame, Bearing housing, Shaft, Impeller, casing, Stator, Rotor, Mechanical Seal, Flange) as per drawing and Specification.Identifying the root causes of the quality related problems and taking corrective and preventive action.Raising and resolving Non–Conformation Report (NCR).Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.Providing training to the quality assurance team.Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.Monitor customer satisfaction level.

Responsible for incoming parts inspection machining, casting, forging, injection molding, rubbers, plating.Communicating with senior management and the respective supplier on time and work towards solution to resolve the quality issues.Verification and approval of supplier’s corrective actions.Conductive performance tests, mechanical loads, thermal tests, and environmental tests for supplier products.
