My mission is to support the advancement of the Ismaili community globally in the areas of arts, sports, youth development, community-building and culture. As a member of the executive leadership team, I work closely with volunteer leadership and institutional staff to develop and deliver exceptional events and a regular cadence of global programming, including key legacy initiatives such as International Festivals (i.e. Jubilee Arts and Jubilee Games) and a new Talent Institute, which will nurture and support artists and athletes on an ongoing basis.

Reporting to the Executive Director, responsible for strategic development and implementation of improvement processes in the areas of Human Resources and Special Projects. Responsibilities include: strategic planning of human capital and optimization of organizational structure; capacitation and career planning; improvement of employee engagement and experience; development and monitoring of performance indicators; strategic and operational support in new projects from market studies to new business launch. NP Management and Consulting manages a portfolio of companies in the Health sector (pharmacies, clinics, retirement homes and food supplements), with a total of 100 employees, and with leadership positions in the Portuguese market.

Reporting to the CEO, responsible for the development and commercialization of new health products in the international market. Responsibilities include market analysis, procurement, logistics and distribution management, branding and creation of commercial strategies.

Reporting to the CEO, led the commercial, operational and logistics management of a national chain of 42 stores. Responsibilities included sales, inventory management, financial control, and supervision of 400 workers.

Reporting to the Board, led the overall coordination of the Education Department, including operations, budget, and human resources. Responsibilities included preparation of the annual objectives and strategies, financial control and supervision of operations and logistics.

Responsible for the management of the Lisbon Ismaili Center building. Responsibilities included management of operations and logistics, budget control, human resources supervision, and events management.

Commercial and operational management of the main FMCG Retail accounts (Sonae MC, Intermarché and Pingo Doce), including sales, implementation of promotional activities, negotiation of commercial terms and supervision of logistical operation.

Participation in various IT projects, including process re-engineering, data modeling and database design for a proprietary software system.
