This involves gathering data on properties, rental rates, demographics, and economic indicators-support licensed real estate agents or brokers by assisting with administrative tasks, preparing marketing materials, coordinating property showings, and organizing open houses.-Conducting real estate-related research and contributing to academic projects related to the industry.- Working towards gaining a realtor license.

• To identify sites suitable for development and investment by the company• Contact City personnel, complete site analysis, and initiate such other activities as required to procure the opportunity for the company’s review,acquisition, and development of the property.• Meet with the President in person on an on-going, scheduled basis to ensure significant short-term growth for both the Acquisition Intern and for the Company.
