Responsible for the installation and maintenance of IT equipment including (butnot restricted to) printers, scanners, X-terms and workstations. Supportingcustomers using remote access technologies and also by visiting client sites.Duties:• Diagnosis of desktop, application, networking and infrastructure issues.• Experience of supporting a wide and varied client base.• Troubleshooting PC’s, laptops and mobile devices.• Providing 1st/2nd line support to users.• Administering the IT department’s policies and procedures.• Installation and support of telecommunication equipment.• Maintaining a log of all problems detected and system back ups.• Responsible for maintaining backups and for project work such as newbuilds.• Working closely with software suppliers to resolve operational issues.• Responsible for supporting: Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7/ Windows8/ Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2011 and 2013, Backupproducts, Mac OSX, Anti-Virus products, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP,Ethernet, wireless router and Firewall Configurations.• Assisting in setting up I.T requirement for presentations, meetings,events and concerts.

Maintaining systems infrastructures• Administering networking and hardware upgrade.• Troubleshooting software, systems error and data recovery.• Software upgrade according to requirement.• Online courses conducted by the company in understanding the system.

• Stock and inventory for multimedia product.• Setting up multimedia systems for demo and events.• Delivery of stocks to customers

• Planning and preparing spares for aircraft layover maintenance schedule.• Making sure operation runs smoothly without any delays and compromising with safety guideline.• Assisting other regional stations on aircraft maintenance issue.

• Maintain stocks and inventories of aircraft parts.• Issuing of parts to the maintenance department when required.
