To ensure production & productivity of particular furnace crucible (Capacity 60MT) with maximum utilization.• Escalate the breakdown issues such as Induction Furnace, Vibrator Feeder, Transfer Trolley, Electrode Adjustment, Overhead Crane & feeding equipment etc. to right channels.• Preparation of furnace crucible lining and follow up to ensure maximum lining life.• Ensure Smooth operation of scrap melting Furnace & Ladle Refining Furnace• To understand and to implement properly the scrap recipe on various types Scrap Stock Situation.• Maintaining cooperation among IF, LRF & CCM for reducing system loss & better output.• To control Furnace floor by proper Leadership to increase productivity & to reduce system loss.• To maintain Billet quality as per management demand & to generate Shift wise production analysis report.• To keep workplace clean, proper housekeeping & to comply safety with Safety Department
