Responsibilities:  Customer Nautica: 1. Team leading with assist others within and outside of team asks for help when needed. Proactive builds closer relationship with others internally and externally established trust. Provides guidance to team members with less experience or knowledge. Takes the initiative to improve own performance and develop oneself works towards achieving career goals and required skills Engages in open two way conversation to understand customer needs quickly and efficiently in a decisive manner Seeks knowledge about business to enhance own contributions Demonstrates creative confidence is willingly to take risks and try new approaches to improve results and solve problems in innovative ways. Conduct Size- Set and Pre Production meeting with the suppliers to ensure required quality And technical point are maintained before bulk production. Conduct In- Line inspection, Pre -Final inspection and Final inspections Following the standard QA policies, Procedures and guidelines of the company. Review suppliers’ production plan and resource allocation plan and make necessary recommendations to ensure on time shipment of the merchandise. Work and take initiative in developing and ensuring quality of the product. Provide support to ES department to ensure social & ethical compliances are maintained at the factory. Ensure Technical support for the Buyer as per following Technical manual. Build up factory technically to for successful technical audit. Involved and implementing of quality management. Establishes production standards of efficiency, minimum wastages and maximum utilization of resources (machines, raw materials and manpower). Establishes quality control standards and procedures. Ensures strictly adherence to those standards.

Co ordinates internal audit processes and scheduling of internal audit with ISO & third party audit team.* Maintains & updates the quality management system including procedure enhancements, revision changes, and overall process control.* Evaluate production processes for compliance with quality requirements.* Periodically inspect and calibrate auditing tools ( e. g scales, calipers).* Assists in development of audit plans, audit schedules.* Participate in quality audits ( and lead a team of quality auditors, when needed).* Identify process, situations etc. Where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.* Assist audit team developing audit reports. Present audit reports to top management as needed with audit findings including on- going corrective / preventive actions, and the effectiveness of those actions put into practice.* Assists all departments in documenting processes, work instructions, flow charts and related paperwork.* Assists in the analysis of internal objection reports and customer feedback to identify quality or process issues. Manage these findings as corrective actions are put into place and* Assist Head of department with special assignments as needed.
