• Generate a proper planning for specific delivery and pick up with applicable schedule plan according to set logistics procedure of the organization.• Shipment Booking Management of NKD For Bangladesh and Pakistan Supplier .Follow up with suppliers, Nominated Forwarder team, overseas partners in order to manage the shipment booking on time • Monitoring system update of all kind of shipment Mode (Sea/Air) with team and authorized all booking approval. • Correspondence with nominated forwarder and LCL & FCL carrier about space in weekly basis and arrange space allocation as per our target shipment date based on weekly vessel schedule from nominated carrier.• Monitoring on time cargo handover to Forwarding agent form supplier followed by weekly cut-off date .• Prepare and distribute Purchase order (Sales/TT Contract) of both Bangladesh and Pakistan Supplier in case of payment term under sale/TT contract.• Co-ordinate with Head office to transfer the LC from buyer bank to supplier correspondence bank in case of payment term Via LC and distribute to supplier on time .• Authorize and Issue Inspection Certificate for all Bangladesh and Pakistan Supplier .• Monitoring total payment process and distribute payment copy to supplier in order to get original BL on time for Bangladesh and Pakistan Supplier.• Co-ordinate with Merchandise and Quality Team as well as with supplier to settle all kind of Claim.• Prepare final proposal of all claim Deduction from payment according to Bangladesh Bank rules .• Various report preparation for counter parts relating with shipments status and payment status
