Personal Vision:I am an independent, conscientious and highly motivated individual. I believe that my commitment to the Salesforce course has allowed me to gain essential knowledge needed to help me progress in a strong working environment. I hope to use my skills and qualities in order to become an asset to a company and use my experiences to always progress.The Salesforce training programe has been my step to step guide on developing both Salesforce knowledge and confidence, beginning the journey from student to IT professional adult. As I began the course with no previous experience with the system, learning about Salesforce was incredibly fresh and interesting. I particularly liked the ability to navigate the system, becoming familiar with the terminology, analyzing mistakes and also correcting them. This gave me the confidence and background to then develop further into the system focusing on particular work modules. One of my favourite modules was 'Data Validation'. This meant modifying fields and values in order to determine the data company's receive, making sure it is efficient and accurate. Customising validation allowed me to create validation rules, use business specific criteria therefore finding relevant key information, to prevent users saving invalid data in fields. I also felt like this module was the most challenging as it required repetition, technicality and was the easiest to make mistakes. Technically I have established an understanding of the Salesforce system and how it works however I hope to find a strong company in which to put my practice into place. I feel that the five week intensive course has helped me to develop my potential and has demanded the most out of being a Trainee Salesforce administrator. I believe that I have progressed significantly in the course and hope to take the skills and knowledge learnt, in order to progress in the workplace as a strong Salesforce apprentice.
