Our project centers around utilizing machine learning techniques to analyze and enhance the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of a customer within the pharmaceutical supply chain. NPS, being a widely recognized metric for measuring customer loyalty and satisfaction, offers crucial insights into the customer experience. By employing advanced machine learning algorithms, our objective is to discover patterns, identify influential factors, and forecast future NPS outcomes. This will empower organizations to make informed, data-driven decisions and ultimately improve customer satisfaction within the pharma supply chain industry.

During my tenure at Cognizant Technology Solutions in the Analytic domain, I specialized in data science and Tableau. My primary focus was on delivering analytical solutions and models to pharmaceutical clients, utilizing predictive modeling techniques. I extensively worked with SAS, Python, and SQL for developing advanced analytical solutions, while leveraging Tableau for creating impactful and visually appealing reports.In my role, I successfully created and deployed predictive models (Machine Learning) to address various business challenges faced by pharmaceutical clients.
