Current● Responsible to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software systems.● Resolving technical issues promptly, providing technical support to end-users, and implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats.● Resolved IT tickets in timely manner with at least 85% TTO & TTR, achieved 98.83% TTO & 98.58% TTR in FY23.● Staff Onboarding : briefing new staff include onboarding, security training, policy review, troubleshooting guidance, technology training, and ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of company resources.● Disaster Recovery : Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders on thestatus of the IT disaster recovery program, including key metrics, performance indicators, and areas for improvement● Member of APAC-SME Team, this group is to provide initial support and guidance to all field IT members within the APAC regions, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and effective teamwork for seamless execution of technical transactions.● Processing all IT invoices from suppliers, responsibilities include meticulously reviewing incoming invoices for accuracy, verifying adherence to contractual agreements and pricing terms, and reconciling discrepancies with vendors as necessary.
