• Develop a professional relationship with the employers.• Support students in producing logbooks.• Follow up on student’s attendance and input data on LAMS.• Visit placement locations to assess/monitor student’s progress.• Monitor behavior and report misconduct / violation.• Teach classes with up to 25 students and for up to 25 hours of in class instruction per week.• Maintain positive rapport with all students and create a positive learning environment to adequately communicate lessons.• Enforce the student management and disciplinary policies of the Institute.• Participate in Network Systems and Support curriculum development and planning with other IT Diploma Instructors and Curriculum Developers.• Coordinate with other IT Diploma Instructors and Curriculum Developers to integrate curricula and monitor student progress.• Perform clerical duties as required, relating to textbooks, instructional supplies, student reports and records, attendance reports, and others. • Teach IT Foundation when needed.• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

• Developing and Organizing Training Manuals, multimedia visual materials, and other educational materials.• Managing the Delivery of Training and Development programs.• Monitoring and Reviewing the Progress of Trainees through questionnaires.• Evaluating Training and Development Programs.• Amending and Revising Programs as necessary• Considering the Costs of Planned Programs and keeping within budget.• Schedule the training sessions, booking and notifying all relevant parties.• Ensure all training rooms/ venues, equipment, catering arrangements, and other requirements are booked up or cancelled in advance.• Printing training support materials/hand-outs for training programs, and assisting with the creation or formatting of these where relevant.• Assisting in training course set up / clear up before and/or after a training event.• Send out course evaluation following training programs and compile/communicate feedback to the HR department.• Send out appropriate pre-course information to delegates/managers in advance of training courses.• Recording all staff’s training attendance.• Keep updated files and archive of all training materials, presentations and supporting materials up to date.• Plan and ensure compliance with the training schedule throughout the year.• Evaluate and write individual reports at the end of each training.• Provide general admin assistance and support to the department.• Understand, comply with and promote all organizational policies and procedures.
