- Coordination groupSellers in many industries then serves as a customer service representative for their clients. In hotel sales, the coordinator has the responsibility to partner with clients to ensure they have a good group. It started with booking a room and the needs of a company group and FIT. Communication with clients is important during this process. Shortly before the group checked in, the coordinator usually check with the hotel staff to make sure everything goes as planned.
