Over the past five years I have been immersed in the world of project management, working with both public and private sectors at a leading payment software company. It's been quite the journey, covering through a wide array of projects. I have had the privilege of being involved in crafting tailored Payment Software Management solutions for big names like Transport for London (TFL), TV Licensing and NHS Trusts and many more enterprises. Each of these ventures demanded a unique touch, with careful attention paid to customisations and seamless integrations into third party financial systems.My experience extends to diverse realms from overseeing eCommerce projects and digital solutions to rolling out specialised payment software for library kiosks and Smart mobile devices across various councils and within our own company, I've had my hands full managing internal transformations, tackling everything from migration projects to infrastructure upgrades and data centre transitions.In the midst of all this I have also played a pivotal role in large scale transformation programs within our organisation. One thing's for sure most of my work has been on the front lines, directly engaging with customers to ensure that our software implementations are a success from inception to completion.
