a. Overall responsibility of design & development of new products in co-ordination with the business development dept. Ensure that the schedules for new development are completed as per plan and resolve for pattern issue related design & Developmentb. Competitor analysis and initial product with make design comparison, comparison performance and comparison media specc. Review concept of design, make drawing together with engineering team for product and get give a positive result based on market demandd. Ensure product development as per APQP procedure and as per ISO TS systeme. Monitoring the manufacturing of pilot as per product development plan by coordinator with all concern dept in term of good designf. New products developed Vs plan control related with budget plan and over past trent related with pattern issue and solvingg. Give costumer satisfication with give as customer needed such as sample, technical report, technical specification, technical manual, SOP and work instruction of producth. Taking over doc. coordination and study for new model with Esco Technologies USA designer team included mechanical drawings and technical reports, Tooling Arrangement, Budget and cost estimation for new model and arrangement tooling supplierb. Review concept of design, make Drawing (3D and 2D) together with engineering team for new product and get give a positive result based on market demandc. Arrangement schedule for trial and also find and negotiation for raw material and tooling at supplier (welding tools, metal plastic material, chemical parts) and decided the critical point which should be checked through meeting with supplierd. Build a prototype of new product from process manufacturing (Punching, bending, welding, assembly and powder coating) until testing in Laboratory and analysis the results of performance of new product with engineering teame. Costing preparing and Feasibility study and finalized for one complete product from raw material cost, tooling cost, process cost of part, assembly process cost, line process cost, overhead cost and final cost after get all benefit and offering to customer with competitive cost to get business with cust. satisfication f. Preparation & Monitoring schedule with Production, PPIC and Purchasing QA for Product assembly for market Approvalg.
