As a Technology and Risk Executive, Aisha has experience providing a broad range of risk, compliance, internal control related services. Aisha’s experience includes advising clients on the risks associated with large scale transformations, the strategy and execution of internal audit, enterprise risk, and compliance and activities, including attestation services such as SOC 1, 2 and 3.She has served as Chief of Staff to the CLO where she was part of several strategic initiatives and helped develop the SCS Legal Operations organization. She has strong project management and leadership skills.Aisha has also worked with several organizations to help assess risk and implement systems of internal control. Working with various functions across the organization including internal audit, operations, legal, IT security, and finance, Aisha has extensive experience collaborating on strategies to create, assess, improve and monitor enterprise-wide internal control programs (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley, Model Audit Rule, and Compliance programs). She is experienced in coordinating global engagements, including audit methodology, audit integration, account scoping, evaluation of deficiencies, and overall project management. As a result of her experiences, Aisha is well-versed in the significant role which risk and internal control play in the financial and operational effectiveness for companies.Aisha is currently working as a Leader on a large strategic transformation.Aisha is passionate about serving her community and has served on the Board of Directors for New American Pathways in Atlanta. She grew up in Missouri and earned a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from St. Louis University with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
