Design and Release Engineer - Multimedia Systems ;- Responsible for development of new technologies in the field of Multimedia Systems.- Responsible for SYNC module, antennas, speaker, radio , Multimedia control module, USB , LVDS and Microphones. - Changing product desing or creating new product design in order to solve problems, comply with regulations or requirements of customers- Investigate core foundation documents, advanced engineering tools and methodologies.- Packaging and design of all multimedia subsystem parts (brackets, bezels, fasteners ) in coordination with other teams according to Ford standarts.- Developing design verification plans, arranging and conducting necessary subsystem DV tests together with suppliers and related Ford teams.- Identification of the subsystems issues, reporting them to the management and leading issue resolution process with the supplier and related Ford teams- Creating cost reduction ideas & development ideas from benchmarking etc. activities.- Working together with finance and purchasing team to sign commercial agreements with the suppliers.- Leading internal release of the parts in Ford systems (WERS, AVBOM)- Leading PPAP process from Product Development side and completing APQP items under PD responsibility.- Responsible for quality & robustness (quality history; generation of boundary diagram, interface analysis, P diagram, DFMEA; robustness check list, global application guide SDS, global engineering specification)-Experienced both mechanical system design and electrical system design.

DnR Engineer - Switch System Development ;- Responsible for development of new technologies in the field of Switch Systems.- Changing product desing or creating new product design in order to solve problems, comply with regulations or requirements of customers- Develops core foundation documents, advanced engineering tools and methodologies.- Business owner for Switch System parts/sub systems and act as the single point of contact for the suppliers for engineering direction.- Packaging and design of all Switch subsystem parts (brackets, bezels, fasteners ) in coordination with other teams according to Ford standarts.- Developing design verification plans, arranging and conducting necessary subsystem DV tests together with suppliers and related Ford teams.- Identification of the subsystems issues, reporting them to the management and leading issue resolution process with the supplier and related Ford teams- Creating cost reduction ideas & development ideas from benchmarking etc. activities.- Working together with finance and purchasing team to sign commercial agreements with the suppliers.- Leading internal release of the parts in Ford systems (WERS, AVBOM)- Leading PPAP process from Product Development side and completing APQP items under PD responsibility.- Responsible for quality & robustness (quality history; generation of boundary diagram, interface analysis, P diagram, DFMEA; robustness check list, global application guide SDS, global engineering specification)-Experienced both mechanical system design and electrical system design.
