About Abdul Rahman Kafray

I grew up in Tyler, Texas and after a summer internship at The C.T. Brannon Corporation, I joined their team full time upon my graduation from Texas A&M University in 2003. In 2013, I accepted a position with the City of Garland Engineering Department in the Drainage and Development Division. In 2021, I was graciously offered the opportunity to become the Engineering Administrator for Development Engineer & GIS Group for the City of Garland.My work experience has been in the land development and subdivision design area working on some of the best subdivisions in the eastern half of Texas, gaining experience under some of the best civil engineers around...ours! In the course of my work at Brannon, I have learned to do paving and drainage plans, site grading, and water and sewer extensions.
